Return & Exchange Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Try-On & Returns Upon Delivery

Customers may try on items upon delivery.
Any unwanted items can be returned directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery fees are non-refundable and will still apply.
2.⁠ ⁠Payment Methods

We accept online payments via Instapay, and we accept Cash on Delivery.
To pay online: Place your order, send us your order number via DM, and we will provide payment details.
3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Rescheduling & Cancellations

Customers may reschedule delivery within 3 days of courier contact.
If the courier makes three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts without response, the order will be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.
Orders resent after cancellation will require repayment of the order amount and double shipping fees, either online or via COD.
4.⁠ ⁠Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location.
An estimated delivery date will be provided upon order confirmation.
